To combine the lesser of two evils: socializing and working into one entity. The main goal for a progressive co-working space located in the beautiful Manhattan Beach, CA. While incorporating collaborative zones to increase productivity, with a rooftop bar and lounge for needed relief.

An institutional design for the Brewer Porch Children's Center for developing children.

For the design to incorporate appropriate standards while considering acoustics, finishes, wayfinding and color selections. With varying disabilities and challenges, this space was to be comfortable and carefully managed to supply the necessary needs within the interiors and overall aesthetics for all users within the space.
